Universtiy citizens - employees and students - who need to use the access control system for work or residence purposes can request that this authorisation be set up for UniPass card.

How to apply for building access rights for UniPass card?

Employees and PhD students who wish to enter their workplace outside the opening hours of the buildings in order to carry out their work can apply for a building access right. Access authorization must be requested in writing to the Security Directorate as follows:

• Access may be formally requested by the dean of the faculty.
• The request can be made by filling in the EXCEL spreadsheet on the Security Directorate's website and sending it to the following e-mail address.
• In the event of revocation of building access rights by a manager or a change in the workplace (building), the Security Directorate must also be informed by sending the above table, where the rights will be terminated.
