Payment System

Pay easily, quickly and simply with your university card! From 19 March 2018, you can also use your university card as a means of payment.

All you have to do is top up your card with the amount you have specified.

How to top up:

  • By logging in to your profile on our website with your network ID (eduID) and password by clicking on the "Balance recharge” button on the "Payment system" tab.
  • On the UniPass App, by logging in with your network ID (eduID) and password, by credit card payment.
  • At the designated topping-up points, in the buffets of the acceptance points by cash or debit card.

Acceptance points:

  • CAMPUS RESTAURANTS NETWORK: Nagyerdei Restaurant, Campus Hotel Restaurant, Agrár (Agricultural) Restaurant, Faculty of Engineering Restaurant.
  • BUFFETS: Agrár GTK Buffet, Agrár Aula Buffet, Main Building Buffet, Buffet in the Chemistry building, Gallery Café.
  • CLUBS: Kazánház, Dormitory club, Hall, Nagyerdei Víztorony, Clinic Cinema, Red and White.
  • CAMPUS BOWLING BAR: from Monday to Thursday 30% discount is available with UniPass card in case of paying on the spot.
  • EVENTS:
    • at the events in Nagyerdei Víztorony organised by the Debrecen Campus Nonprofit Public Benefit Ltd,
    • at the Debrecen Drive, the Campus Festival and the Debrecen ZAMAT Gastro-Festival,
    • at the sports events in Nagyerdei Stadium in the specified university sectors.

The UniPass card system mobile application allows you to keep track of your purchases and changes to your card balance. The app also provides the possibility to top up from a credit card.
